Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds for [Faith Letters].
1) Returns eligibility
Because many of our items are prepared specifically for each customer (and may include personalized elements), returns may be limited.
Generally returnable (if unused and in original condition):

Non-personalized, unopened physical items (if applicable)
Generally non-returnable:

Personalized/custom items (including orders with custom gift messages/personal notes prepared for you)

Items damaged due to misuse

Gift cards (if you sell them)
If your local consumer laws require a return/refund right, we will comply.
2) Return window
To request a return, contact within [14] days of delivery with:

photos (if the item arrived damaged/incorrect)
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
3) Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Email within [48] hours of delivery.

Include photos of the packaging and the item(s).
We’ll evaluate and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4) Refunds
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (often 3–10 business days).
Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
5) Subscription cancellations & refunds

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals (or future shipments depending on timing).

Prepaid plans: refunds are typically not provided once the prepaid term has started, except where required by law or if we cannot fulfill.

If a shipment has already been processed/handed off to the carrier, it may not be refundable.
6) Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution.
