1) Eligibility

2) Products & Services

We sell physical goods such as subscription letter packages and/or gift orders (“Products”). Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time. We try to display images and colors accurately, but screens can vary.

3) Orders

  • We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion (including suspected fraud, abuse, or errors).

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4) Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Billing & renewals: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled (unless it’s a prepaid plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method according to the plan you choose.

  • Prepaid plans: Prepaid plans are charged upfront for the full term. Unless stated otherwise, prepaid plans do not renew automatically.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel anytime in your account portal (or by contacting us ). Cancellation takes effect for future renewals; already-processed shipments may still be fulfilled.

  • Changes: Subscription pricing, shipment cadence, or included items may change; if required by law, we’ll notify you in advance.

5) Gift Orders & Personal Notes

Some orders may allow a personal note or gift message.

  • You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.

  • We may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms.

  • Minor formatting/typo fixes may be made for clarity (we won’t change the meaning).

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7) Returns & Refunds

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy. Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., personalized items) except where required by law.

8) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, design, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without written permission.
