4) Tracking
If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
5) Address accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address is correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may require payment of a reshipment fee.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
6) Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package:

We will help you investigate with the carrier. Replacement/refund decisions depend on the carrier investigation outcome and local consumer laws.
